What Does This Uterus Scan Report Indicate?

Mrs Roy age 50, Problem Slightly spotting continue last 2 months.To day i have a sonography report . Uterus is bulky & anteverted. there is a two hypoechoic lesion in fundic region measuring 15X15&13X11 mm.Hypoechoic lesion in posterior wall-19X18 mm. &in anterior wall-12X18 mm.
Uterine cavity is empty.
Size of uterus :110X59X69mm.
Endometrium is thick. thickness-10mm. There is an echogenic lesion in endometrial cavity-13X08 mm.
Cervix is normal. No focal mass lesion.
Both ovaries are normal in size,shape & position. No evidence of focal,Solid or cystic mass lesion on either sides.
Right Ovary ;22X11 mm. Left Ovary :20X09 mm.
There is no Fallopian tubes dilatation or any mass lesion in tubes.
No free fluid in pelvies.
No mass lesion in adenexa.
