What Is The Difference Between Pain Less And Painful Vaccines ?

Hi Doc, I have few queries to be addressed: 1. Do we use a separate needle while vaccinating the infants? 2. Pain less and Painfull vaccines, which is better? 3. What are the side effects of the vaccinations for a 10week old baby? and when do we need to consult a doctor?
