What Is The Remedy For Extremely Painful, Swollen Knee With Difficulty To Walk, Bend Or Straighten After Fall?
I fell tonight and hit the outside of my knee cap. It hurt some right after to walk on it.. More so to straighten it. It s been a couple hours now and it s extremely painful to walk, bend or straighten. Slight swelling to area. Very tender to touch. Not a lot of bruising. Have ice on it now.
