What Is The Treatment For Loose Motion In A Baby?

my 8 month baby has had loose motions for over a week now along with severe diaper rashes. The doctor recommended ECONORM and REDOTIL to be mixed with his top up feeds. Along with that, We have also switched the baby from Lactogen to Soya Milk. The loose motions have not stopped. What do I do?

Hallo . Thank you for asking this question . Go for a test " stool R&M " to rule out infection because a week is sufficient time to recover from viral infection . Till then continue with Econorm , soya milk , rash cream and plenty of liquid / ORS to maintain hydration . Hope I have answered your query .For further questions please contact .
