What Is The Treatment For Red Rashes Below The Chest For A 6 Months Old?

Hi Doctor, my 6 month old has developed a rash which has a flat red oval to round shape with a tiny white center. It initially started with just one spot on the left of his chest just below the nipple. It has now spread to the stomach and in the joints of his arms and legs.
