What Is The Treatment For Skin Rash?

Hello when my two year old daughter woke up from nap today she has red rashes all over her Arms and a few on her legs, ankles and feet they have raised blister like bumps as well, she does not have a fever but says they are itchy. Nothing on her face or mouth.

Your history suggests that she is suffering from urticaria.
Hydroxygene hydrochloride (Atarax) is the drug of choice to be given twice daliy for few days.
It is a self limited condition causes lot of anxiety to the parents.
