What May Be The Reason For Coming Out Of Sperm With Urine?

Hi am 23 years old male,I have the problem during toilet, the drops of sperm comes out somtimes at the time of toilet from my penis.When ever i talk to my girlfriend this happens again drops of sperm coming out from my penis. Please help me. is this a serious problem with me? How could I solve this problem ? How could I get rid off from this problem? Please help me.

Hi,thanks for query.When ever one gets excited something called pre cum comes out from the penis,at times it contains sperms in it.It is nothing but the secretion from the glands.This is absolutely normal and you do not have any illness.bye.

there is nothing to worry ,a drop of semen or precum may come out immediately after some excitement.Before urine it some remaining semen in the urethra that comes out.
