What Should Be Done To Prevent Pain In Inner Arch Of Foot?

Hello, my question is, what can i do to prevent my inner arch of my foot to stop hurting.Mostly when i play basketball, my inner arch starts to hurt. When i take off my shoes and socks, the area is red and part of my skin is ripped off. It burns for a day but then the skin regrows on that area after couple days. I don't know if it's something wrong with the shoes,or do i need some special panning in the shoes. I have tried different basketball shoes and it still happens.
