What To Do If Suffering From Crohn S Disease And Having Stomachache, Vomiting Blood, Passing Bloody Bowels?

My husband has Crohns Disease, he hasn t been to seen his doctor in years because of not having insurance to pay for it. He is throwing up blood and food, he says his stomach is hurting and keeps having bloody bowel movements. He was suppose to have surgery for it and never got to go. What should we do?
