Why Is My Child Having Diarrhea Along With Fever?
hello there, my child is four years old and has 101 fever with cold extremities, is sleeping presently but shakes and moans. this morning he developed diarrhea along with vomiting. has not kept any food down. I am hydrating him but unsure as to what could be causing this, what would be your advise?

Your history suggests that your son is suffering from food poisoning.
Usually there is history of taking some outside food and all the people who consume that food suffer from similar illness simultaneously.
Better take him to ER immediately.
