Will Novophane Lotion Help Hair Regrowth And Can It Be Used Along With Seroxate Tablets For Panic Attacks?

I am 39 years old.I suffer from hair loss from the front . My doctor prescribed me novophane lotion.I have to mention that I suffer from panic attack and I take seroxate tablets.Is novophane useful to my case ? will my hair grow again?and within what interval?

There are no known side effects between Seroxate and Novophane. Please re check with your treating physician before taking the drug
