Yellow Objects In Stool. Upset Digestion, Acute Diarrhea. Treatment?

Every day or two or more, with varying intervals, I'm seeing yellow objects in my stools. They look like yellow beans on the outside, feel rather gelatinous, and have a very white substance inside. My gastroenterologist says he has no idea what this is. Otherwise, sometimes I experience no other symptoms, but today, when I passed two unusually large "beans," my digestion is very upset and I have acute diarrhea. I'd very much appreciate any thoughts you have on this.

There is no cause for concern if there are no other associated symptoms. Consistency of stool sometimes varies when the quality of food consumed varies. Diarrhea without blood and mucous is usually self limiting.
Consume plenty of oral rehydration solution.
Take care
