Constipation is a common problem in infants ,give him plenty of liquids ,if still no response try inserting laxative pessary in the rectum.

Welcome to healthcare magic,try to feed your child adequately,check urine output,if it is 6-8 times,hydration is ok. for constipation try glycerine suppository and contact a paediatric surgeon to evaluate any underlying disease process like hirschprung disease .
