It is most likely that your child has a bacterial infection. This is called "dysentery" in medical parlance. Ofloxacin should be continued for a few more days if there has been improvement in the appearance, size, smell and frequency of the stools, but they aren't completely normal. Do check out his anus area for cuts or skin rash or peeling, for that may cause RBCs to appear in the stool as well. If these local problems ARE present, apply a barrier cream or an anti-fungal cream after cleaning his anal region every time.
Dear Sir/Madam
Welcome to Health Care Magic
Greetings of the day
Dont just get biased by reports. Important clinical points are
Is the Baby feeding well?
Is the Baby hydrated well?
is there absence of fever?
if the answer is yes to all of above then don't be bothered much of reports.
Take care
