Hello! Chromium is a supplement that performs its actions by enhancing insulin receptor sensitivity in peripheral cells. It is is indicated in Diabetes mellitus along with hypoglicemiants, corticosteroid induced hyperglicemia, prevention of hypoglicemia, hypercholesterolemia, dysthimic disorder, weight loss, atlketic performance enhancement.
Chromium is a medicine that can be used, even during pregnancy, but in low dose (30 microgram)day.
At first you should try to lower the dose, and if it is necessary to be taken that dose, you should postpone the pregnancy.
I hope i have been of help.
