Suffered Brain Haemorrhage On Left Side Of Brain, Speech Problems, Paralysis On Right Side. Treatment Options?

my brother was suffering from brain hemorrhage of left side of brain about 4 months back and at that time he was go on ventilator due inhale the vomit .after that now he is well blood pressure is under control but right side is paralyzed and he cant speak because speech area is damaged.now u tell me what we do for his paralysis and speech problem with pysiotherapy and medicines?

Hi,

Thank you for posting your query.

Left side of brain controls the speech and motor function of right half of body. As a result of damage to this area, your brother has speech difficulty and weakness of right arm and leg.

Unfortunately, there is no medication that would help in recovery of these functions.

Regular speech therapy and physiotherapy over a few months would lead to partial recovery, but complete recovery may not be possible.
