Whats The Progression Of Dementia With Primary Progressive Aphasia?

My husband was recently diagnosed with dementia with primary progressive aphasia with brain atrophy the neurologist didn t detail what this all entails or what we could expect such as how fast the progression would be. would you explain and let us know if it would be wise to seek a second opinion?
