A first aid kit is a collection of supplies and equipment for use in giving first aid. It must contain Adhesive Bandages,Dressings, Disposable syringes 2ml, 5ml, Tetanus injection ampoules, Crepe bandage for sprains, Adhesive Tape, Antiseptic ointments like Soframycin or Neosporin

It contains following things:

• First aid book.
• Adhesive Bandages (band-aids,sticking plasters )
• Dressings (sterile, applied directly to wound)
• Bandages (roller bandages one number)
• Saline for cleaning wounds or washing out foreign bodies from eyes.
• Crepe bandage for sprains
• Disposable syringes 2ml, 5ml.
• Tetanus injection ampoules, 5 numbers. It should be kept in fridge.
• Adhesive Tape,
• Disposable gloves ( 2 pairs)
• Surgical Mask.
• Scissors.
• Tweezers.
• A pair of artery forceps.
• A bottle of spirit.
• A bottle of Betadine or Savlon.
• Thermometer.
• Antiseptic ointments like Soframycin or Neosporin.
• Burn ointment like Silverex ointment.
• Cleansing agent/soap like dettol soap or lotion
• Certain medications like Pain killer tablets like Tab Ibugesic plus, crocin. Allergy medications like Tablet Allercet. Anti diarrheal like Eldoper, Imodium. Antacids like Rantac or syrup Gelusil.
• List of emergency phone numbers.
• A plastic container to keep all these things
