What Is The Remedy For IBS?

i m suffering from I B S ,It interfers with my daily activity.always constipation,bloating,abdominal pain.i tried all antispasmodics including librax tablet,little improvement.i was perfect on zelmac tablet,before withdrawn from the market.i m male 39 yrs old,no p/h of medical diseases.thanx

Let me inform you that the IBS (Irritable Bowel Syndrome ) is not caused by pathological changes. It is a functional kind of disorders caused by psychological disturbances, and you need to come out of this else the medicine may have little role. You can go for counselling and change the diet too, stop worrying and no need to be over conscious what the feeling you are having.
