I am on Lipitor after having a heart attack in 2006 I have three stints. Two after doc discovered the widow maker in 2005 My total cholesterol is 99 Triglyceride is 33, HDL 35 LDL of 57. I am reading that my the LDL too low and puts me at risk for a heart attack and/or stroke. Help ?

I m 21 with a mildly high bp rate but my Dr showed no concern. I haven t checked with her but my sleeping bpm is 70 or so. While my average resting heart rate is at least 92 and walking can get to usually 115-120 bpm, and running on a treadmill brings me to nearly 200 with maybe decreasing 30-50...

I have just found out that my HDL cholesterol level is 29 (should be higher than 55) and my LDL level is 121 (should be lower than 100). I live in Peru, so medical care is expensive. Do any of you know of any home-remedies that I can do/take to improve these levels?
